Your Role
As a Werkstudent in HR & Recruiting, you will support our talent acquisition efforts by helping with recruiting processes, candidate management, and HR administration. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in hiring and HR operations.
Responsibilities
* Assist in sourcing and screening candidates
* Schedule interviews and manage candidate communication
* Support employer branding initiatives and job postings
* Maintain and update HR databases and documentation
* Assist in onboarding new hires
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in a university program
* Interest in HR, recruiting, and talent management
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* Fluent in German and English
* Self-driven
* Onsite position
* Part-time or full-time during the holidays
