Position: Customer Service Specialist (m/f/d)
Your Tasks:
* Handle customer inquiries and complaints, and maintain accurate records
* Enter order data and manage order information using the SAP system
* Prepare delivery documents and process orders
* Communicate with warehouse staff and freight forwarders to ensure smooth deliveries
* Monitor open orders and backlogs
* Create and verify credit notes
Your Profile:
* Business-level English proficiency, both written and spoken
* Good German language skills, both written and spoken
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
* Previous experience in sales support or logistics coordination is a strong advantage
