YOUR JOB
11. You take on the role of host
12. You prepare hot drinks, cold drinks, cocktails and alcoholic beverages
13. You interact with our guests
14. Cleaning and tidying up the bar
15. Managing the bar and its storerooms
16. Enforcing the quality and HACCP standards atthe bar
17. Closing of the cash register and orders as well as monthly stocktaking
18. Training and further education of your team
YOUR PROFILE
19. As a sales talent you are always communicative and open-minded
20. You inspire guests and motivate your team with enthusiasm
21. You have a high degree of assertiveness
22. You have already some experience in leading a team
23. You like to work in the evening or at night and also on weekends
24. You are fluent in German and English
