We are looking for a skilled and reliable Warehouse Maintenance Technician to support the performance and reliability of our logistics operations. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing automated warehouse equipment, minimizing downtime, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities
1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on logistics equipment, including conveyors, sorters, automated systems, forklifts, and pallet trucks
2. Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and automation-related faults, ensuring rapid restoration of equipment functionality
3. Conduct routine inspections, adjustments, and performance checks to ensure smooth operation of sorting and handling systems
4. Document maintenance activities in the CMMS and support the analysis of recurring technical issues
5. Contribute to continuous improvement projects aimed at optimizing equipment performance and reliability
6. Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
Required Skills
7. Solid knowledge of electromechanics, industrial electrical systems, and automation
8. Experience with automated logistics systems is an advantage
9. Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical diagrams
10. Familiarity with diagnostic tools and computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)
11. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and collaborate effectively within a team
Who we are looking for

23. Durchführung regelmäßiger Inspektionen, Einstellungen und Leistungsprüfungen zur Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen Betriebs von Förder- und Sortiersystemen
24. Dokumentation von Wartungsaktivitäten im CMMS sowie Unterstützung bei der Analyse wiederkehrender technischer Probleme
25. Mitarbeit an Continuous-Improvement-Projekten zur Optimierung von Anlagenleistung und Zuverlässigkeit
26. Sicherstellung der Einhaltung aller Sicherheitsvorschriften und Qualitätsstandards
Erforderliche Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten
27. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Elektromechanik, industrieller Elektrotechnik und Automatisierung
28. Erfahrung mit automatisierten Logistiksystemen von Vorteil
29. Fähigkeit, elektrische und mechanische Zeichnungen/Schaltpläne zu lesen und zu interpretieren
30. Erfahrung im Umgang mit Diagnosetools sowie computergestützten Instandhaltungsmanagementsystemen (CMMS)
31. Fähigkeit, unter Druck effizient zu arbeiten und im Team effektiv zu kooperieren
Ihr Profil
32. Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Industriemechaniker, Elektriker oder idealerweise Mechatroniker
33. Alternativ eine vergleichbare technische Berufsausbildung
34. Mindestens 1–3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem Logistik-, Lager- oder automatisierten Industrieumfeld
