Customer Service Representative
Location: Munich, Bavaria, Germany (Hybrid – 1 Day home office per week)
Join an innovative SME medical device manufacturer with an excellent reputation in the market and a highly collaborative culture. This role is critical to the smooth day-to-day operations of the business, and they are looking to welcome a Customer Service Representative who will work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
Your tasks:
* Working closely with both national and international clients, maintaining effective communication across internal departments as well as with external partners and suppliers.
* Preparing quotations and overseeing the end-to-end order processing cycle to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
* Managing service orders, including their creation, monitoring, and follow-up.
* Handling billing-related activities such as invoice generation, credit note issuance, and processing warranty claims.
* Assisting with sales and financial reporting, including oversight of invoicing activities and accounts receivable.
* Coordinating export and import activities, ensuring completion of required documentation in line with regulations.
* Supporting the planning and execution of trade shows, as well as organising travel arrangements for the sales team.
* Maintaining and updating customer records within the ERP system to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Your profile:
* Commercial background with import/export experience.
* Knowledge of inventory management systems.
* Strong negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
* Professional, Customer-oriented, and solution-driven approach.
* Proficient in MS Office, Word, and Excel; ERP knowledge is a plus.
* Fluent in German, both written and spoken
* Flexibility, teamwork, and a strong sense of responsibility.
