Following significant investment and expansion across Europe, our commercial team is growing. We are seeking motivated Business Development Executives or Business Development Managers (m/f/d) to join our team in Freiburg to identify new opportunities, establish client contacts, and support our mission to provide world-class analytical services to the biopharmaceutical industry.

Your Main Tasks
Proactively explore new business opportunities through identification, research, and outreach to potential clients in assigned markets
Initiate contact through various channels to present tailored solutions
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers such as scientists and project managers
Support in preparing offers, quotes, and client presentations
Maintain and update the Salesforce database to track leads and sales activities
Attend conferences and industry events within the assigned region
Participate in marketing and lead generation strategies including digital follow-up
Collaborate with scientists to translate technical capabilities into client-focused solutions

Your Profile
Degree (BSc or higher) in relevant fields such as Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Chemistry
Ability to proactively establish and maintain contacts, ideally in a scientific environment
Confident in customer acquisition and network building in new markets
Self-motivated and resilient with a positive attitude towards learning and growth
Experience in the biopharmaceutical sector, particularly in a CRO environment, is advantageous
Knowledge of CRM systems or sales tools (e.g., Salesforce) is advantageous
Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or another European language is advantageous
Willingness to travel – up to 25%
