Ensure compliance and security, including SoD management and audit readiness
Manage user lifecycle processes (provisioning, changes, deprovisioning) across systems
Lead SAP license management and optimization activities
Oversee security operations such as patching, certificate management, and vulnerability remediation
Ensure secure integration between SAP on-premise and cloud environments (IAS, Cloud Connector, etc.)
Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation in SAP security and authorizations
Professional experience in SAP security and authorizations (ECC/S/4HANA) with solid role design expertise
Strong hands-on expertise in SAP troubleshooting and system analysis, including integrated SAP development environments
Experience in SAP cloud and hybrid landscapes (e.g., Strong understanding of compliance, SoD, and audit requirements
Proven experience in project delivery, ideally within international S/4HANA programs
Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent in English and German, both written and spoken
