The client is seeking a data-driven SEO Manager to drive organic growth across a large-scale digital ecosystem in the German market.
The role focuses on identifying and executing SEO opportunities to improve visibility, content performance, and user engagement across the full digital journey. It requires close collaboration with global and local teams to translate search demand into impactful content and web experiences aligned with business priorities.
The objective is to drive sustainable organic traffic growth, improve search performance, and strengthen alignment between user intent, content strategy, and platform experience.
Location: Remote / Hybrid (Germany-based preferred)
Contract: Full-time | 38 hours per week | Fixed-term (12 months)
Your Responsibilities:
SEO Strategy & Growth Ownership
· Own SEO performance and organic growth for the German market.
· Identify and prioritise high-impact opportunities across content, technical SEO, and user experience.
Keyword & Content Development
· Conduct keyword research, search intent analysis, and content gap assessments.
· Optimise existing content and identify new content opportunities based on demand and performance data.
Cross-Functional Execution
· Translate SEO insights into structured briefs for content, product, and technical teams.
· Collaborate with global stakeholders to align SEO initiatives with broader digital strategies.
Planning & Prioritisation
· Define, scope, and manage SEO initiatives, including prioritisation and roadmap planning.
· Ensure clear sequencing and execution across multiple concurrent initiatives and stakeholders.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
· Monitor search performance, rankings, and organic traffic trends.
· Deliver regular reporting with actionable insights and recommendations.
· Evaluate impact against defined KPIs.
Your Profile:
SEO Expertise
· 4+ years of SEO experience in digital, SaaS, or enterprise environments.
· Strong understanding of SEO principles, content optimisation, and ranking factors.
Data & Analytical Thinking
· Strong analytical mindset with experience in keyword research, forecasting, and performance analysis.
· Confident using SEO and web analytics tools to generate insights and recommendations.
Execution & Ownership
· Highly structured, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
· Proven ability to own initiatives from insight to execution.
Stakeholder Management
· Strong communication skills with experience in cross-functional and international teams.
· Able to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
Languages
· Fluent in German and English.
