Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, based in Frankfurt. The Real Estate Agent will be responsible for assisting clients with buying, selling, and renting properties. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, negotiating deals, preparing contracts, and providing exceptional customer service. The agent will also be responsible for staying informed about the local real estate market and trends to provide clients with up-to-date information.
Qualifications
*Minimum german level of c1 or atleast b2
* Possession of a valid Real Estate License
* Customer Service and Real Property skills
* Experience in Real Estate Sales
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Familiarity with the Frankfurt real estate market is a plus
* Proficiency in multiple languages is beneficial
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field
