You will be responsible for: Assisting the Customer Support team with daily tasks, including ticket and case tracking. Monitoring KPIs and analyzing support data to identify trends, recurring issues, and areas for improvement. Proactively suggesting and implementing solutions, coordinating improvement projects, and maintaining structured task tracking via Jira. Further, you need to have experience with MS Office Tools such as Excel and Powerpoint. Beside that, fluent English is needed to effectively communicate with external and internal stakeholders – German is beneficial.
