As our new Partner Manager, you’ll drive revenue growth through strong relationships with our resellers and partners. It’s a key commercial role — shaping how we grow together and ensuring our partners are empowered, engaged, and successful. This role can be based in Germany or the UK, and in a hybrid setup. What You’ll Be Doing: In this role, you will be responsible for new business and retention targets with assigned partners. Develop and execute enablement plans that drive partner engagement, confidence, and performance. Identify and lead joint go-to-market opportunities to expand reach and accelerate sales momentum. Monitor partner performance and translate insights into actionable growth strategies. You will collaborate closely with program management, regional sales management and field and product marketing to align initiatives and create value. Represent Logpoint at partner and industry events — strengthening our brand and expanding influence. What you Bring to the Table: You’re a relationship builder with a commercial mindset — someone who knows how to build trust and turn collaboration into measurable results. You understand how to navigate a complex partner landscape and enable others to succeed — knowing that our growth depends on theirs. You’re naturally commercial, curious about technology, and thrive where business strategy meets human connection. Your Skills & Experience: 5 years in partner management, channel sales, or business development within cybersecurity or enterprise software. Proven success driving revenue through Channel Partners. Solid understanding of cybersecurity solutions with a focus on detection (SIEM, NDR, Behaviour Analytics) and partner business models. Experience creating partner programs, incentives, and joint business plans that deliver results is an advantage to have a full understanding of the landscape. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with a strategic, hands-on approach. Confident, structured, and proactive — you take ownership and make things happen.
