Job Title: Internal Audit Manager
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Business Internal Audit team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality audit execution and fostering continuous team development.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in auditing business processes, a strong understanding of regulatory requirements, and excellent communication skills.
A key responsibility will be to collaborate closely with other audit teams and coordinate joint audits across functions to ensure a holistic audit approach.
* Oversee all business internal audit activities, including coordination with external contractors.
* Develop, maintain, and annually update a comprehensive risk-based audit plan aligned with business and regulatory priorities.
* Conduct regular audits across all business processes, including outsourced services within a three-year cycle.
* Prepare clear, concise written audit reports, communicating insights and recommendations to relevant teams.
* Monitor remediation of audit findings within agreed timelines and ensure timely follow-up and closure.
