Your Job
- Lead end-to-end vehicle operations in Germany, from customer order readiness through to successful vehicle handover.
- Own and manage local market KPIs, performance targets and operational improvement plans.
- Analyze, develop and improve processes across logistics, vehicle registration, fleet management, finance-related workflows, delivery, documentation and other local operations.
- Ensure strong vehicle readiness and customer readiness by aligning local teams, partners and support functions.
- Improve pre-delivery activities, reduce vehicle dwell time, minimize yield loss and increase operational speed.
- Build strong working relationships with Sales, Delivery, Service, Finance, Customer Operations, European HQ and external partners.
- Lead, coach and develop the local Operations team as the German market scales.
- Support the setup and continuous improvement of delivery centers, agency partners and dealer-related operational processes.
- Work with the Country Lead, Regional Lead and European HQ to define the best operating strategy for market growth and future business needs.
Your Profile
- Strong operations leadership experience, ideally in automotive, EV, retail, logistics, mobility or a fast-scaling customer operations environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams, deliver targets and build an inclusive, high-performance team culture.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to quickly understand complex processes, workflows and operational dependencies.
- Experience improving processes across delivery, logistics, vehicle registration, fleet operations, finance-related workflows or documentation.
- Ability to translate insights, KPIs and operational issues into practical improvement actions.
- Strong combination of strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Excellent prioritization, project management and change management skills.
- Clear, respectful and effective communication across teams, partners and senior stakeholders.
- Fluent English and German; valid driver’s license required.
