Possible tasks within this role
* Handling and tracking internal and external customer inquiries using MS Outlook
* Working with SAP to support inventory management and order processing
* Collaborating with cross-functional departments (e.g., procurement logistics, capacity planning, or pricing)
* Creating and modifying customer orders and monitoring order progress
* Communicating with customers in German and English (both written and verbal)
Qualification requirements
* Students (including those in a gap year) in business administration, economics, languages, or a comparable field
* Good to very good academic performance
* Proficiency in MS Office applications
* German and English language level B2
