Job Title: German-Speaking ServiceNow Architect
Overview:
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect fluent in German to lead the design, implementation, and optimisation of enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM and related modules.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions aligned with business requirements
* Lead end-to-end implementation of ITSM, ITOM, and related modules
* Act as technical authority and provide best-practice guidance to stakeholders
* Translate business requirements (German/English) into technical designs
* Oversee integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms
* Ensure platform governance, performance, and security standards are met
Requirements:
* Fluent German and strong English communication skills
* 5+ years’ experience with ServiceNow, including architecture-level work
* Deep knowledge of ITSM and at least one additional module (ITOM, HRSD, CSM, etc.)
* Strong understanding of integrations (REST/SOAP, APIs)
* ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Architect preferred)
* Experience working in enterprise or consulting environments
