Your tasks
8. Support in the planning, implementation and documentation of passive network infrastructure
9. Support in the implementation of infrastructure projects at various locations in Germany in cooperation with external specialist planners.
10. Accompanying meetings with external electrical engineers and communicating the SE-specific requirements.
11. Implementation and ensuring compliance with installation guidelines and standards for structured cabling
12. Coordination and alignment with internal teams, external service providers and suppliers
13. Analysis of requirements and participation in the technical design of network solutions
14. Support with acceptance testing, testing and quality assurance of installed infrastructure
15. Maintenance and further development of infrastructure know-how at the site
16. Documentation of network structures, patch plans and cabling
17. Creation and tracking of demands in the area of passive infrastructure and implementation of WAN/ LAN services
Your profile
18. Completed training as a technician or completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or computer science
19. Several years of professional experience in the relevant field
20. Project experience in the field of IT/network infrastructure
21. Knowledge of relevant standards and installation guidelines for passive network infrastructure, e.g. structured cabling, fiber optics and data outlets.
22. Basic understanding of data networks, topologies and physical infrastructure
23. Fluent English skills, both spoken and written
24. Good time and prioritization management
25. Structured, independent work style and flexibility
26. Excellent communication and teamwork skills
27. Valid Class B driving licence and willingness to travel on business
