As we navigate this transformative journey, we are actively looking for a Energy Business Developer (m/f/d) to join our team. In this role, you will work on commercializing and rolling out our energy products and services (PV, EV, BESS, etc.) while defining and implementing pricing strategies in Germany. You will collaborate with the different teams (local team, asset management teams…) to upgrade our portfolio and to achieve the commercial goals and objectives. You will also be in charge of developing and optimizing cost and revenue streams in our energy ecosystem. As part of the Asset Management team, develop a good understanding of our customers’ needs and commercialise our energy products and services (PV solutions, EV charging facilities, BESS, etc.) Structure, originate and negotiate corporate PPAs and other power sales activity. Analyse and assess the pricing, model and contract terms of potential deal structures. Based on the analysis of energy consumption and production of our sites, identify areas for optimization and bring together all energy assets into a comprehensive solution. Secure and manage (dynamic) energy contracts and increase energy flows controlled by Goodman. Nurture and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders. Monitor the German energy market and regulatory landscape, identify emerging trends, and seize opportunities for growth. Interact with utilities to keep track of developments in the power markets and evolving innovative solutions for power marketing. Monitor and deliver all obligations, conditions precedent and commercial operations requirements from execution to operation to ensure successful commencement of arrangements Do you recognize yourself? > 3 years of industry experience in a trading, origination, sales, energy manager or comparable commercial role. Solid track record in structuring, negotiation and execution of deals with commercial approach. Proven track record of successful energy procurement and negotiating buyer and seller side PPAs and/or other energy sales structures. Project and process management skills with experience collaborating on simultaneous projects. Experience in the energy market, with a deep understanding of energy pricing, market dynamics and regulations in Germany. Understanding of different structures of energy contracts, when they are applied and how they are negotiated. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with energy providers and clients. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset, thriving in an environment where collective leadership and individual accountability drive success. Business fluency in English and German.
