Your position
In this role you will play a key part in positioning Semco Maritime as a leading independent service provider for offshore wind. You will lead our Sales organisation, set the commercial direction, and secure the contracts that drive our growth.

Your Tasks & Responsibilities
* Leading and developing the Service Renewables sales team to deliver profitable growth in long‑term offshore wind service contracts.
* Developing and executing a focused sales and market strategy – including pipeline management, key account plans and strategic partnerships – to strengthen Semco Maritime’s position as a leading independent service provider.
* Owning major bids end‑to‑end, from opportunity qualification and solution shaping with engineering and operations through to negotiation and signature of complex long‑term service agreements.
* Establishing and running robust commercial governance to raise offer quality and ensure accurate, credible reporting to senior management.
* Representing Semco Maritime towards key customers and internal stakeholders ensuring concise, high‑quality communication on opportunities, risks and performance.
* Travel between our different locations and to our customers as necessary.
Your Profile & Qualifications
We are looking for an outgoing, structured and commercially sharp Sales Director who is passionate about offshore wind and wants to put their experience to work in a high‑impact leadership role. You are energised by working with people, challenge assumptions with facts and structure, and enjoy building a strong team around you.
* A visible and confident leader with excellent communication skills, combined with a strong sense for detail, quality and risk.
* Significant experience (approx. 5+ years) in a senior commercial or sales leadership role for complex B2B solutions or services, ideally in offshore wind, renewables, power generation or other large industrial service businesses.
* Deep understanding of service/O&M business models and long‑term service agreements, including commercial and operational risks.
* Proven ability to build and lead high‑performing teams, implement sales structures and governance, and raise the overall commercial standard in a growing organisation.
* Strong commercial and financial acumen, including contract negotiation, pricing and risk‑reward trade‑offs; comfortable discussing numbers and risk with C‑level stakeholders.
* Fluency in English, spoken and written; German or Danish is a clear advantage.
