Business Development Specialist (Account Executive)
to help expand their customer base and introduce next-generation AI solutions to the market.

What You'll Do
* Manage the
sales cycle
: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new business.
* Use
AI-driven tools
to identify opportunities, generate leads, and improve conversion.
* Collaborate with SDRs, Marketing, and Product teams on targeted GTM campaigns.
* Build long-term client relationships and support successful onboarding.
* Help position
next-gen AI products
with new and existing customers.
What Sets You Apart
* 3+ years of experience in
B2B SaaS, consulting, or tech sales
.
* Strong knowledge of
supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing
is a plus.
* Proven track record of
hitting or exceeding sales targets
.
* Comfortable using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN).
* Fluent in
German and English
