For challenging civil engineering projects in Wilhelmshaven we are looking for a committed and experienced Site Manager (m/f/d) with immediate effect. Become the driving force on site and be responsible for the entire planning, coordination and monitoring phase of the construction projects.

Your tasks
10. Supervision and coordination of construction projects, e.g. in civil engineering
11. Monitoring construction work with regard to quality, costs and deadlines
12. Coordination and control of construction processes
13. Communication and coordination with clients and operators, planners and subcontractors
14. Creating and maintaining construction site documentation and finalizing it
15. Monitoring compliance with safety-related regulations, statutory and customer-related occupational safety and environmental protection regulations
16. Support with commissioning processes
Your profile
17. Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable qualification
18. Professional experience as a site manager
19. Sound knowledge of the relevant standards and regulations
20. Strong communication skills
21. Independent and structured way of working
22. Ability to work in a team and assertiveness
23. High customer orientation and negotiating skills
24. Confident handling of common IT tools
25. Very good knowledge of German and English
26. Class B driving license
