Job Description
As a Key Account Manager for Volkswagen, you will develop and strengthen our partnership with one of our most strategic customers. Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll drive growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and expand SEGULA Technologies’ presence within the account.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key Volkswagen stakeholders.
* Act as the main contact and strategic partner for the Account.
* Coordinate internal teams (support, services, management) to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Lead and adapt the bidding process to win new business.
* Meet or exceed turnover and volume objectives in line with company strategy.
* Identify new opportunities, grow market share, and strengthen existing collaborations.
* Promote SEGULA Technologies’ image through a customer-focused approach.
* Manage global agreements (negotiation, documentation, implementation).
* Report regularly on business performance and action plans.
Qualifications
* Degree in Engineering or similar.
* Experience at Volkswagen or a comparable automotive OEM in Germany or Europe.
* Minimum 3–5 years in sales within an industrial or engineering environment.
* Proven track record in key account management and business development.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in German and English.
* CRM proficiency.
* Strong engagement, sales acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset.
