Stellenbeschreibung
* Represent Airbus in front of airline Customers by ensuring first class hospitality and customer service
* Act as the Customer Definition Centre entry point for the various internal Airbus departments and Cabin suppliers involved into the preparation and execution of the Customer meetings
* Prepare and drive an individual meeting agenda for every Customer, by understanding meeting objectives, key decisions to make and actively proposing ways to guide discussions with Customers
* Interface with the CDC technical team to ensure the on-time and on-quality construction of specific, temporary Cabin mock-ups required by the Customer
* Guarantee the on-time availability of dedicated experts and equipment for each Customer meeting
Anforderungsprofil
* Completed studies in the field of Engineering, Business Administration or International Management
* Professional experience in the field of Customer Service, Project Management and Process Planning
* Knowledge in using Google Workspace
* Fluent in English
