main tasks will involve drafting, negotiating, and monitoring contracts, ensuring compliance with
EU procurement rules, banking standards, and applicable regulatory frameworks

Legal Services, Procurement, Information Systems, Risk Management and Business Areas
, as well as with external stakeholders
and technology providers

ROLE and RESPONSABILITIES:
* Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from procurement and contract award to implementation, monitoring, and closure.
* Draft, review and negotiate contracts covering mobile application and SDK development, maintenance, service-level agreements (SLAs), and performance indicators (KPIs).
* Ensure alignment of contractual arrangements with PSD2, GDPR, EBA guidelines, DORA and banking standards.
* Conduct vendor governance, monitor performance, manage change requests, and resolve contractual disputes.
* Identify and mitigate contractual risks, escalating issues where appropriate.
* Provide regular progress reports and risk assessments to senior management and relevant governance bodies.
* Support compliance audits and contribute to procurement documentation and evaluations.
Qualification, Experience And Skills
Essential:
* A master's degree (or equivalent) in law, economics, business administration, engineering, or a related field.
* At least ten years' proven experience in contract management or procurement in the banking, financial services, fintech, and ICT sectors.
* Knowledge of mobile application development and SDK integration lifecycles, with particular focus on digital payments.
* Strong understanding of contractual aspects of IT security and regulatory compliance (e.g. authentication, encryption, data protection).
* Familiarity with EU procurement frameworks and public contract management.
* Excellent command of English (C1 level), both written and spoken.
Desirable:
* Certifications in Contract Management (IACCM/WorldCC), Procurement (CIPS), or Project Management (PMP/PRINCE2).
* Knowledge of additional EU languages.
* Experience in international or European institutions or large-scale multi-vendor projects.
* Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. SAP Ariba).
