This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Account Manager, where you will play a key role in developing new commercial opportunities with our customers across the assigned territory.
* You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying opportunities for business expansion, and delivering exceptional customer service.
* Through face-to-face meetings, virtual calls, seminars, and tradeshows, you will promote our pharmaceutical portfolio and stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes.
* Your negotiation skills will come into play when pricing, terms, and contracts are concerned, ensuring profitability while maintaining superior customer service.
* You will also oversee forecasting and demand planning for assigned accounts and manage customer complaints and supply chain related issues effectively.
Key responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed assigned targets
2. BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS WITH EXISTING AND POTENTIAL ACCOUNTS TO DRIVE REVENUE GROWTH
3. Identify opportunities to expand business by upselling, cross-selling, and introducing new solutions
4. Delivery EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE BY FOSTERING CLOSE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT AND BUILDING TRUST
5. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
6. Manage projects as required to ensure delivery on financial plan
7. Record all generated opportunities in CRM
8. Collaborate with internal teams to develop integrated solutions
9. Oversee forecasting and demand planning for assigned accounts
10. Manage customer complaints and supply chain related issues effectively
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in chemistry, pharmacy, or business
* Proven work experience as an Account Manager (indicatively 5 years)
* Experience in pharma ingredients or excipients
* Strong network in pharma industry in Europe
* Strong communication skills with ability to present and influence stakeholders
* Native in English; second language considered a plus
* Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
* Proven ability to navigate multiple account management projects simultaneously
* Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities
* Positive attitude, strong team spirit, and flexibility
* Excellent organizational and planning skills
* Result oriented with hunter mentality
