Our client is a leading startup in the AI-powered digital health platform space. They are seeking an accomplished Regional Sales Manager to lead their sales and BD efforts across DACH. This is a full-time, remote position with frequent travel, offering a competitive base and commission structure.
You will be an individual contributor in a hands-on, start-up-style role relying on your experience in selling technology to the healthcare industry—ideally in physical therapy, rehabilitation, or weight management. Minimum 5+ years’ experience selling digital health technology, preferably software, to healthcare providers and/or payers in DACH.
Consultative sales approach: ability to identify customer requirements, assess financial environments, and clearly communicate ROI, clinical outcomes, and cost-effectiveness.
Experience in MSK/physiotherapy, rehabilitation, cardio rehab, or obesity/weight management solutions is strongly preferred.
Start-up mentality: proactive, adaptable, a self-starter, and comfortable with ambiguity.
Fluency in both English and German is required.
Drive sales of digital health solutions across DACH.
~ Lead sales processes end-to-end: prospecting, lead generation, pitching, negotiations, and closing large-scale deals.
~ Represent the company at regional healthcare industry events, conferences, and networking forums to expand visibility and create new opportunities.
