FP&A Leader Opportunity
Be part of a dynamic international team and grow with us. We are looking for an experienced Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) leader to drive our global TechOps organization forward.
About the Role:
As FP&A leader, you will identify, project, and assess historical and future financial impacts while mastering the complexity of a global TechOps organization. You will oversee the budget, forecast, and outlook process for TechOps and ensure alignment with corporate standards. You will lead profitability analysis, derive actionable insights, and drive measures to improve COGS/Cost across the organization.
Responsibilities:
• Lead profitability initiatives such as Complexity Reduction, Cost Control, and efficiency programs on senior and global level
• Act as sparring partner for the Global CFO TechOps and support communication of financial topics to senior management and the Board
• Collaborate closely with TechOps Leadership and Finance Leadership (Global and Local), acting as a link and trusted business partner
• Lead and develop the FP&A TechOps Team, challenge the status quo through process automation and tool enhancement, and act as Global Process Owner for COGS Calculation
• Play a crucial role in high-exposure projects such as M&A activities, S4 Hana implementation, and rebuilding management reporting
You have:
• A Master's degree in economics with focus on finance, controlling, accounting or a comparable qualification
• At least 8 years of experience in FP&A/Controlling in a multinational company and/or (Strategy) Consulting/Accounting firm
• Experience in Life Sciences, Pharma, or Consumer Goods and exposure to a high-paced environment
• Strong business partnering mentality with the maturity to balance facilitation and challenging the business
• Solid IT/finance skills including MS Office, SAP, and preferably PowerBI and Alteryx
• Fluency in English and comfort operating in an international and multicultural environment
