We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing international marketing team from the Berlin office. PIX4D develops professional processing software and reality capture applications that enables thousands of professionals worldwide to process, visualize, assess, and share accurate maps and 3D models from drone and terrestrial imagery.
You will work closely with the marketing, product, sales, and business development teams to support and execute digital marketing initiatives across global markets, with a strong focus on German-speaking regions. This role will contribute to strengthening PIX4D’s digital presence, customer engagement, and regional growth through localized digital campaigns and marketing execution.
This role is ideal for someone hands-on, organized, and proactive, who enjoys bringing campaigns and digital initiatives to life. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working across SEO implementation, webinar coordination, email marketing, marketing operations, and digital campaign execution in a fast-moving international environment.
You are adaptable, customer-focused, eager to learn, and motivated by making projects happen through strong execution and collaboration.
Responsibilities
1. Support the execution and optimization of global digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels and regions.
2. Coordinate and implement SEO initiatives, including keyword research, content optimization, metadata updates, and website content optimization .
3. Manage and execute email campaigns, workflows, lists, and marketing automation activities using HubSpot.
4. Organize and coordinate webinars, including setup, registrations, communications, follow-up activities, and reporting.
5. Create, localize, adapt, and publish digital marketing content in German and English.
6. Support campaign asset coordination including landing pages, email sequences, webinar pages, banners, and digital collateral.
7. Collaborate with product marketing and content teams to support product launches, feature announcements, and campaign activations.
8. Maintain marketing materials, campaign documentation, and digital content across platforms.
9. Monitor and analyze campaign execution supporting performance analysis and reporting on campaign performance.
10. Contribute to competitor monitoring, market research, and identification of industry trends.
11. Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, content, and growth teams to ensure alignment across initiatives.
12. Support marketing activities related to industry events, webinars, customer stories, and partner initiatives.
Requirements
13. Native German speaker is mandatory.
14. Excellent English communication skills, written and spoken (C1/C2 required).
15. Experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, campaign execution, or related roles.
16. Strong practical SEO knowledge is mandatory.
17. Familiarity with CMS platforms, Google Analytics, or SEO tools.
18. Strong hands-on experience with HubSpot is mandatory.
19. Experience organizing webinars and managing email marketing campaigns.

What we offer
26. The salary range for this position is €47,000 - €55,000 gross per year, depending on your experience.
