YOU…
* develop and adapt onboard software (C/C++ <14) for satellite simulation and system integration environments
* analyse and manage complex interactions between subsystems, communication interfaces, and simulation building blocks
* design, configure, and troubleshoot system communication and networking interfaces (e.g., protocol-level)
* perform integration, verification, and validation activities (e.g., SIL) on system level
* support debugging, root cause analysis, and optimization in a Linux-based environment
* collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across system engineering, software, and testing
Qualifications
YOU bring…
* a degree in aerospace engineering, computer science, or a comparable technical field
* solid experience in systems integration, simulation, or embedded/software systems engineering
* strong programming skills in C/C++ and/or Python
* hands-on experience with Linux environments and integration/test setups
* good understanding of networking and communication protocols
* experience with simulation environments, test benches, or SIL/HIL setups
* familiarity with avionics, onboard software, or satellite systems
* strong analytical skills to understand complex systems and interfaces
* knowledge of Aerospace Standards: ECSS-E-ST-10, ECSS-E-ST-40, ARINC 653
* English (C2) and German (B1) skills
