Our work is guided by a "Built for Compliance" mindset, which means we make sure official quality and safety rules (GxP regulations) are built directly into the system design from the very start.
The Role: Impact & Responsibilities
In this position, you are much more than just a tech expert; you are a strategic advisor. You will have the creative freedom to redesign client workflows and set up digital tools that greatly improve how efficiently they run their daily operations.
* End-to-End Consulting: Lead and support SAP software setups, from the first discovery meetings all the way to long-term support.
* Workshop Leadership: Run in-person client workshops and expert training lessons.
* Process Architecture: Design, organize, and shape complex business tasks, which includes doing hands-on technical customization in the system.
* Knowledge Transfer: Write clear, thorough project files and standard user guides.
* Growth Support: Share technical facts and details with the sales team to help win new client contracts.
Your Profile
We are looking for a helpful, growth-minded professional who does well in a fast-paced, high-tech work environment.
* Education: A university degree in Business Tech, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a similar educational background.
* Professional Background: At least 3 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA systems (as an in-house expert, main lead user, or outside advisor).
* Functional Expertise: Deep knowledge of SAP PP or PP-PI software; having extra experience with QM is highly valued.
* Communication: Fluent German skills (C1) and good professional English skills (B2).
* Attributes: A customer-first attitude combined with a confident and professional manner.
