About Key Account Sales Executive Role
Nedap specializes in Digital Twin Technology, integrating IoT, RFID, Vision, AI and SaaS into a powerful technology stack.
As a Key Account Sales Executive, your primary focus is on generating new customers within the DACH region. You play a central role in the sales process, following up leads, analysing customer challenges and successfully closing deals.
Key Responsibilities
* Following up leads: Actively following up leads provided by marketing and SDRs;
* Identifying problems: Discovering and analysing access management pain points together with customers and stakeholders;
* Storytelling: Communicating the Nedap Access story convincingly so that customers understand the value of our solutions;
* Taking charge: Leading the entire process, from Discovery to contracting. Engage domain experts at the right times to gain trust and move the deal forward;
* Prioritising: Create focus by working on promising deals with strategic value. Identify key stakeholders and win them over to our solution;
* Clear communication: Update the team and executives on deal progress and ask for support where needed.
Requirements
* At least 5 years' experience in sales, preferably in selling (software) services (subscriptions);
* A real hunter's mentality: you get energy from winning new customers;
* Fluent in German and English; other languages such as Dutch are an advantage;
* Excellent communication skills and strong personal skills;
* Perseverance and creativity to successfully complete long sales processes;
* Affinity with consultative selling and team-player
