Our platform lets teams build automations and AI agents in one visual landscape – no developers needed, no black boxes. We're growing fast in the DACH market, and to accelerate that growth, we're looking for a native German-speaking BDR based in Munich who knows the market, speaks the language, and wants to own it.
You'll be the first BDR hire in Munich, joining a team of seven BDRs split between Madrid and Raleigh. Your team lead, Nicolas, is based in Madrid – the goal is 11 people across three hubs, so you're building something new, not joining something finished. Your job is to identify and develop enterprise opportunities for 2–3 Account Executives, engaging decision-makers across DACH to show them what Make can do for their operations.
What you'll do
* Own outbound prospecting for DACH enterprise accounts – calls, email, LinkedIn, creative approaches
* Build and qualify pipeline for 2–3 Enterprise AEs
* Become a genuine automation expert – you'll know Make well enough to hold a real conversation with a CTO or Operations Director
* Develop personalized outreach strategies for target accounts, not spray-and-pray sequences
* Keep your book of business tight and tracked in CRM
What we're looking for
* Native German + fluent English, non-negotiable
* 1+ years in SaaS or tech sales, you know what a good discovery call looks like
* Genuine hunger for outbound, you don't wait for inbound
* Commercial curiosity, you want to understand the business problems behind every prospect
* Based in Munich or able to work from there
