Job Description
As Digital Program Manager (m/f/d), you will drive ib vogt’s digital transformation in process automation and AI/data platform development. You’ll manage the digital project portfolio, enable agile delivery teams, and ensure that automation and data initiatives create measurable business value across the organization.
* Lead the portfolio and roadmap for automation, data, and AI initiatives
* Support and coach agile delivery teams (Scrum/Kanban), ensuring efficient and transparent delivery
* Translate business needs into actionable backlogs and prioritize work for maximum value
* Oversee process automation projects (e.g., Power Platform, UiPath, AI Tools) from use-case identification to implementation
* Drive the development of the data & AI platform as a basis for our Digital Twin (Azure Data Lake, Power BI, Synapse, etc.), ensuring data quality and governance
* Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and data teams to ensure alignment and adoption
* Report progress, KPIs, and value realization to leadership
Qualifications
* 7+ years’ experience in digital transformation, program, or portfolio management
* Strong knowledge of agile methods (Scrum/Kanban) and cross-functional delivery
* Hands-on experience in automation (RPA, Power Automate) and data/AI platforms (Azure, Power BI, Synapse)
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in English language, German language is a plus
* Certifications such as Scrum Master, PMP, PRINCE2, or Azure/AI are advantageous
