' Manage and develop a portfolio of business clients in the German market. Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and key stakeholders. Identify growth opportunities and recommend tailored Google Ads solutions. Conduct consultative sales conversations focused on business objectives and advertising performance. Support clients in optimizing their digital marketing strategies. Drive revenue growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and performance KPIs. Stay up to date with Google Ads products, industry trends, and digital marketing best practices. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer experience and business outcomes. ' Native or fluent German (C2 level). Strong English communication skills (C1 level). Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, account management, or a related commercial role. Experience working in target-driven environments. Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Interest in digital marketing, online advertising, and business growth strategies. Ability to analyze client needs and provide strategic recommendations. Proactive, results-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent qualification required. Previous experience with Google Ads, digital marketing, SaaS, or technology-related products is highly valued.
