As Social Commerce Manager, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and optimization of social commerce activations, working closely with key retail partners such as Douglas and Flaconi.
You will drive consumer-centric, full-funnel social commerce initiatives across Coty’s portfolio, combining influencer marketing, content, community, and e-commerce in close collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, PR, Influencer Marketing) as well as external partners and agencies.
Support the development and continuous optimization of the DACH social commerce strategy, aligned with full-funnel advocacy objectives and the marketing plan
Independently plan, execute, and optimize social commerce activations, including influencer, creator, and content-driven campaigns in collaboration with retail partners
Support the development of test-and-learn initiatives, pilot activations, and opportunity analyses
Identify trends, platform developments, and high-performing content formats to continuously evolve the social commerce approach
Support budget planning and tracking for assigned projects
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field
3–5 years) in social media, influencer marketing, e-commerce, or key account management
Creative mindset with a passion for content and digital innovation
Solid project management skills and ability to work in cross-functional, matrix organizations
Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
