You will navigate into our rotational assignments in: Operations: o You will experience our strong focus on safety standards and best practices in operations. You will have hands-on exposure to process technology including mixing, feeding, extrusion and pelletizing. You will get insights into hardware components and understand production and resource planning processes. You will practice lean management principles and continuous process improvement. Other key functions: o You will gain exposure to other key functions and learn the fundamentals of product development including how new products are formulated and scaled up to production. You will be introduced to basic quality control and analytical methods, helping you understand how product performance and compliance are assessed. You will also become familiar with product specifications and gain insight into quality management systems. Operations abroad: o As part of the program, it is essential to gain exposure beyond the home manufacturing site by visiting and working at other production locations. It provides valuable hands-on experience with different processes, technologies and ways of working while encouraging cultural and cross-functional understanding. The insights and best practices gained can then be transferred back enabling participants in the program to add value in their future roles. Selection process Initial phone screens will take place between 1st April – 30th April 2026 Recruitment Events take place between 18th May – 1st July 2026 Program start and end: Program start date 1st October 2026 in Ahrensburg, Germany. The Program will end in 2028 in Ahrensburg, Germany. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master degree in Engineering, Plastic Engineering, Polymer Technology, Mechanical Engineering and similar. Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of experience including internship or student assignments Desire to learn and make a difference into the Polymer/Chemical Industry Good spoken and written communication skills. Good active listening skills. Ability to work independently and within a team environment. Languages: English and German fluent. EU Category B Driving License
