M.Sc., MBA) will be a plusSeveral years of exposure to Customer Service, preferably in MedTechAbility to lead cross-functional teams in fast-paced, complex environmentsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills and a diligent, results-oriented working styleStrong communication, collaboration, and networking skills, enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels of the organizationA passion for designing and optimizing business processesSolid experience with enterprise IT systems such as SAP and SalesForceSolid command of project management methodology and relevant IT tools (milestone/capacity planning etc.), e. g.
