Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement the retail network strategy for the German market in alignment with HQ strategic planning and budget
2. Lead commercial negotiations with dealer groups and drive dealer network expansion across the territory to achieve business objectives for both the brand and retail partners
3. Manage the end-to-end dealer development process, including identifying potential dealer groups, evaluating and qualifying partners, negotiating agreements, and supporting store opening
4. Lead the establishment and activation of retail locations and ensure compliance with our retail VI/SI standards
5. Monitor and evaluate dealer network performance and provide analysis reports and improvement recommendations
6. Provide timely market intelligence and competitor analysis to support strategic planning and decision making
7. Lead the planning and execution of pop-up exhibitions and temporary retail formats, including location selection, setup, brand materials installation, launch activities and lead collection
Profile
8. Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
9. Experience in automotive retail network development, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role managing dealer networks
10. Proven experience in dealer network establishment and management within the automotive industry
11. Strong resources and relationships with dealer groups and automotive retail partners in the European market
12. Strong project management skills, preferably with experience in site selection, retail construction approval processes and franchise standards implementation
13. Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills
14. Strong ability to work under pressure with a proactive and entrepreneurial mindset
15. Fluent in English; German proficiency is highly preferred
16. Willingness to travel frequently within Germany and across the region
