We are looking for a senior insurance expert who combines deep marine cargo insurance knowledge with strong commercial instinct to drive our Cargo Insurance and Shipment Value Protection products across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Senior Manager Customer Insurance Distribution (m/f/d) What you’ll do * Drive revenue growth and market positioning of customer insurance products across multiple DHL divisions * Act as a trusted interface between Sales, Product, Operations, Finance, Compliance and external insurance partners * Shape pricing models, product structures and customer solutions in line with market and regulatory requirements * Support key customer discussions and advise business units on risk assessment and optimal insurance solutions * Monitor claims, loss ratios and performance metrics, translating data into actionable insights * Deliver training and thought leadership to Sales teams and stakeholders across the region What you bring * Several years of experience with marine cargo insurance, pricing and claims – ideally in logistics, insurance or broking * Proven commercial mindset with business development or customer-facing experience * Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs, pricing models and reporting * Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills * Fluency in German and English About DHL Group The success of DHL Group would not be possible without the dedication, creativity, and expertise of our employees around the world.
