About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled sales professional to join our team and drive the growth of our utility-scale energy storage products in Poland, the Baltic states, and the Nordic countries.
The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of local power markets, grid policies, and energy project development processes to identify and secure business opportunities for Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain relationships with key customers, including EPCs, project developers, utilities, and distributors.
* Lead commercial negotiations, tender processes, and contract signing to achieve sales targets.
* Collaborate with the solutions team to develop sales strategies and provide market insights and strategic recommendations.
* Monitor competitors and market trends to stay ahead in the industry.
Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales and business development in the energy sector.
* Strong understanding of local power markets, grid policies, and energy project development processes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
