About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated DSP Manager to support the development and management of our Last Mile Delivery Service Partner (DSP) network across Germany.
In this role, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners to ensure operational excellence, service quality, and continuous network improvement. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-growing international logistics company and play a key role in building our last-mile operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and develop relationships with Delivery Service Partners (DSPs)
* Monitor operational performance, service quality, productivity, and delivery KPIs
* Identify performance gaps and implement corrective actions and improvement initiatives
* Conduct regular business reviews with DSP partners
* Support the onboarding, training, and development of new delivery partners
* Collaborate closely with Operations, Network Planning, Customer Service, and Transportation teams
* Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and legal requirements
* Support the expansion of the last-mile delivery network across Germany
* Analyze operational data and provide recommendations to improve efficiency and customer experience
* Resolve operational challenges in a proactive and solution-oriented manner
Requirements
* Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
* Experience in logistics, transportation, parcel delivery, e-commerce, or last-mile operations
* Experience managing external vendors, subcontractors, or delivery partners is highly desirable
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on mindset
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* Fluent Mandarin Chinese and English are required
* German language skills are an advantage but not mandatory
* Willingness to travel within Germany when required
