Chemical Sales Professional
We are seeking a skilled Chemical Sales Professional to achieve growing turnover and profit on the Benelux markets. The successful candidate will be supported by profound chemical/technical knowledge and experience in selling chemical specialties and problem solvers to various industries.
* Main Responsibilities:
* • Development and implementation of a structured sales strategy to achieve set targets.
* • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers across multiple industries, including paints, coatings, printing inks, adhesives, sealants, construction, and ceramic applications.
* • Providing expert technical advice and support to customers, identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities.
* • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure effective product placement and marketing strategies.
* • Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
Requirements:
* • Proven track record of success in chemical sales, preferably within the Benelux region.
* • Strong understanding of chemical markets, products, and technologies.
* • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
* • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets.
* • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
