To strengthen our dynamic and global IT team, we are looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d).
As a IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) You will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of our company's IT systems. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the reliability, scalability, and security of our systems.
Job Description
1. Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to resolve operations-related issues
2. Installation, configuration and maintenance of client hardware and operating systems, phones and applications.
3. Installation, configuration and maintenance of server hardware, VMs, operating systems and applications.
4. Ensure backups for site are running correctly.
5. Work with infrastructure team to Perform routine infrastructure maintenance activities, including patch management, firmware upgrades, and system backups as required.
6. Monitor systems and respond to alerts accordingly.
Qualifications
7. Bachelor's degree in information technology or a related field.
8. 2+ years of experience as aIT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) or in a similar role.
9. Knowledge of Client hardware, operating systems (Windows and Linux) and virtualization technologies
10. Nice to have - Knowledge of server hardware, operating systems (Windows and Linux) and virtualization technologies
11. Nice to have - Experience configuring and managing network technologies such as switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs, as well as cloud computing platforms (, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud)
12. Nice to have - Familiar with IT security principles and best practices, including network security, access controls, and vulnerability management.
13. Nice to have - Confident knowledge of monitoring and performance analysis tools to proactively detect and remediate infrastructure issues.
14. English plus local language.
