Job Description
Responsibilities:

\n
* Identify and qualify prospective customers within Northern and Southern Europe for Phase I/II projects for Vetter's clinical sites in Skokie, Illinois, USA (VDSC) and Rankweil, Austria (VDSR)
\n
* Strengthen existing customer relationships to expand the business
\n
* Build and update target list regularly
\n
* Actively promote Vetter through social media, industry associations, and trade shows
\n
* Host customer visits at VDSC, VDSR, and occasionally in Germany
\n
* Develop active relationships with relevant industry consultants
\n
* Seek out new networking channels and cultivate new leads to promote Vetter. Need to be an active "hunter" for new business
\n
* Prepare estimates and quotations for prospective and existing customers
\n
* Facilitate and negotiate confidentiality and development agreements in conjunction with Vetter's legal department
\n
* Identify and exhibit/speak at trade shows and relevant industry events
\n\n
Requirements:
\n
\n
* Technical Degree (B.S. or M.S.) in an applied science (Biotechnology or similar) or engineering
\n
* Sales experience in the technical pharmaceutical and packaging industry required
\n
* MBA and strong account management preferred
\n
* Experience in aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging highly desirable
\n
* Knowledge of the specific needs and requirements of a contract development and manufacturing organization
\n
* English and French fluency skills required
\n
* This position requires 25-30% domestic travel and occasional travel to Austria, Germany, and North America
\n
* Based in France or in Belgium
