Your Responsibilities Full responsibility for the technical development and stable operation of the JobNinja web platform. Lead, coach, and expand a small, motivated development team. Actively participate in daily operations : hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical support on complex topics. Translate business requirements into technical concepts and prioritized projects. Balance operational execution with strategic development – ensuring clear priorities and communication. Drive automation, efficiency, and rapid implementation – development speed matters at JobNinja, without compromising stability. Collaborate closely with management and other departments to achieve shared goals. Your Profile Several years of experience managing web platforms (Full Stack) – both in development and operations. Solid knowledge of most of our tech stack: Python (Flask) JavaScript/React (Next.js) databases (e.g. PostgreSQL, ElasticSearch, Redis) cloud hosting (AWS, Vercel, Heroku) CI/CD (including observability). Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on attitude. Strong communication skills (in English and German ), with the ability to prioritize and make sound decisions. Experience in team building, coaching, and knowledge transfer. Bonus skills: experience with AI integration, API management, SEO, or web performance optimization.
