Your mission
As a member of our experienced team in Munich/Germany, you will work together with our C-Level, engineers and operators on all deltaVision products & projects pushing the company towards industrialization while building up all relevant resources, infrastructure and processes. In detail you will:
* Lead Product Assurance activities in complex aerospace projects
* Develop and improve aerospace-compliant quality standards acc. to EN9100
* Perform audits and manage corrective action processes
* Lead quality assurance and control activities
* Own the documentation and analysis of quality metrics
* Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure product excellence
* Championing continuous quality Improvement
Your profile
* Proven experience in Product Assurance, ISO9001/EN9100 quality and improvement management processes
* In-depth understanding of quality assurance standards & tools
* Knowledge in ECSS is a plus
* Analytical and detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
* Strong communication and teamwork capabilities
* Fluency in German and English; knowledge of additional languages is a bonus
