* Insurance Management:
Coordinate insurance-related activities, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
* Fleet Management:
Oversee vehicle allocation, maintenance, and reporting.
* Travel Management:
Support travel related processes and activities, policy adherence, and vendor communication
* ISO Preparation & Support:
Assist in preparing documentation and processes for ISO audits and certifications
Collaborate with relevant teams to ensure compliance with ISO standards
* Process Improvement:
Identify and implement operational enhancements across all GA areas
* Digital Communication & Web Presence:
Maintain and update the GA team's internal web page and digital content
* Training Development:
Create and communicate training materials, integrating AI tools where applicable.
Qualifications
* Experience in general affairs, facility management, or procurement
* Knowledge of ISO standards and audit preparation
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g., SharePoint, MS Teams)
* Interest or experience in using AI tools for training and productivity
* Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
