(Junior) Project Manager – Customer Success, LHH CTM & LD
As a Project Manager at our company, you will play a vital role in leading and executing projects that are critical to our client relationships and business success. This position demands a proactive approach to project management, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services and adherence to all project timelines and contractual commitments. You will be pivotal in upholding the company’s reputation for excellence, driving successful project outcomes, and delivering a seamless client experience.

2. Hybrid work model in Frankfurt, Hamburg, Düsseldorf or Munich
Travel:
3. Up to 15% within Germany
Language:
4. Business fluency in German and English (C1-C2)

In this role you can expect to
Key Accountabilities
6. Developing and maintaining professional client relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
7. Management of customer accounts, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to a high standard.
8. Planning and implementation of projects or account-specific requirements to meet contractual deliverables and KPIs.
9. Regular reporting and maintenance of account records using systems like Salesforce, and ensuring documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
10. This role is customer-facing, requiring interaction with clients to understand and fulfill their needs.
11. Continual communication with stakeholders to update them on project or account status and to manage expectations.
12. Identifying issues and opportunities for improvement within accounts or projects to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
13. Independently manage all aspects of project implementation from planning to feedback collection.
14. Drive project scoping meetings and update stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
15. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining budgets and profitability.
16. Prepare analytical reports for quarterly and annual reviews.
17. Specific financial tracking responsibilities.
18. Facilitate on-site delivery programs and coordinate resources accordingly.
All About You
19. 2-3 years of experience in project management, particularly within industries such as HR-Services, Education, Coaching & Consulting, Professional Services and related.
20. Demonstrated ability to lead projects successfully, meeting all deliverables and KPIs.
21. Familiarity with project management software, including CRM platforms like Salesforce.
22. Strong skills in stakeholder management and the ability to maintain and enhance client relationships.
23. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, crucial for project and client meetings.
24. A problem-solving mindset with a strong focus on identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance project outcomes and efficiency.
