Job Title: Business Development Manager – DACH & CEE (Remote, Germany)
Location: Remote within Germany (near major airports – Berlin, Frankfurt, Munich)
Travel: ~60% within Central Europe

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead B2B sales in Med Tech, Kit Packer, Pharmaceutical, and Animal Health segments.
* Develop and implement strategies to grow revenue, increase market share, and expand the customer base.
* Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and regulatory teams to execute projects efficiently.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and partners.
* Ensure compliance with medical device regulations, quality systems, and industry standards.
* Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to inform decision-making.
* Drive operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Foster teamwork, collaboration, and innovation within the sales organization.
Required Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
* Proven experience in Business Development & B2B Sales in Med Tech.
* German native or near-native, fluent in English.
* Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
* Team leadership experience (managing at least 3 team members).
* Willingness to travel extensively across Central Europe (~60%).
* Strong knowledge of medical device regulations, quality systems, and clinical trials.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience in Central European markets.
* Knowledge of commercial best practices and industry benchmarks.
* Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
