SAP HCM Administrator – Role Overview Position Purpose
Ensures continuity and stability of SAP HCM operations within the organisation.
HCM System Maintenance — Oversee day‑to‑day administration of SAP HCM modules within SAP R/3.
Payroll Processing — Manage and execute payroll cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
Shift & Time Management — Maintain working schedules, shift patterns, and time‑related data within the system.
Social Insurance Data Transfer — Handle electronic data submissions to social insurance bodies, ensuring regulatory compliance.
SAP Updates & Enhancements — Coordinate and implement SAP HCM updates, patches, and system improvements.
Data Integrity & Compliance — Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal and statutory HR data requirements.
User Support — Provide guidance and troubleshooting for HR teams and end‑users.

Experience with statutory reporting and social insurance data flows.
German speaking is a must
