We are seeking a highly motivated and well experienced Shop Manager for our European Online Shop. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of our e-commerce growth strategy, ensuring a seamless and engaging online shopping experience for our European consumer. You will play a critical role in driving sales growth and optimizing our online presence.
Your tasks:
E-Commerce Execution
· Execute the European eShop strategy in alignment with overall business goals and your Teamlead
· Analyze market data and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for business growth
· Develop a strong sales strategy, focus on relevant KPI and be accountable for forecasts based on target-driven performance
· Develop growth potential plans and implement initiatives to optimize website performance, conversion rates, and user experience.
· Collaborate with other departments, including CRO Management, logistics, global planning, IT, and marketing, to ensure seamless consumer experience
Sales Planning and Performance Management
· Manage the European eShop sales budget.
· Analyze sales data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement.
· Forecast sales and monitor progress towards targets.
· Implement strategies to drive revenue growth and optimize profitability.
· Deliver clear measures to ensure the success of our own eshops
Website Optimization
· Analyze website traffic data to understand user behavior and identify areas for improvement.
· Implement changes to the website based on consumer feedback and data analysis.
· Manage the eShop on a daily base to ensure a best-in-class experience for our consumers
Project Management
· Plan, develop and execute the technical Shop development in cooperation with the IT department
· Manage e-commerce related projects, from inception to completion
· Define project scope, goals, and requirements.
· Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of proven experience in the e-commerce environment with strong sales focus, ideally in managing an own eShop.
· Proven experience working in an international environment, managing multiple markets or languages.
· A strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including website optimization to improve consumer experience.
· Outstanding analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making
· Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Excellent knowledge and experience with Salesforce, Jira, and Content Management Systems
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
· Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
